SASET hosts labour market driven training programs throughout the catchment area, this is separate from the community proposal programs that an individual community may apply for.
This provides the opportunity to maximize funding to targeted training areas and providing intake services and supports for clients to attend the training they have identified in their continuum to employment.
Core programs can include, but are not limited to:
- Safety Certificate Training: Chainsaw, WHMIS, Food Safe, OFA Level 1 to 3, Transportation Endorsement, Fall Protection, Confined Space, etc.
