SASET Culinary Arts is a 12-week industry-entry cooks training program leading to employment and further training in the food and beverage industry. The core principals of our program focus on professionalism, teamwork, and communication. The hospitality and tourism industry are the highest in-demand job sector into the year 2023.
In the program we also dive into traditional Indigenous techniques of cooking and foraging, as well as preservation techniques of food and stewardship of the rivers and oceans for salmon conservation.
